Bains des Paquis is the most interesting place to have fondue in Geneva. Quai du Mont Blanc 30. It is a Bath over the lake in the city centre. Apart from the Buvette, there is sauna, Turkish bath, hammam and massage. There are interesting events as well, see at http://www.bains-des-paquis.ch/fr/evenements/. 13 days ago

For a cruelty free (and lactose free) option I would recommend the vegan fondue and raclette at the Plainpalais market on Sundays at the "Be vegan make peace" stall. https://www.happycow.net/reviews/be-vegan-make-peace-food-stall-geneva-40075 13 days ago
