If I could have a dreamlist, i'd go to the Glastonbury Festival, Download/Donnington Festival and then probably Melt Festival in Germany... A bit of a mix between rock/metal and some interesting electronica for me thanks! almost 9 years agoAnswered by Jesse Perez via WorldNomads.com
I went to Glastonbury in 2008 and was blown away. Hire a van, take a sleeping bag and an extra pair of socks and you'll have the time of your life!
I arrived in the UK 2 days prior and realised Black Mountain were playing so nothing was stopping me from getting there!
Another 2 I'd love to check out if (and when :) I get the chance - Roskilde Festival, Denmark and Melt in Germany. almost 9 years ago
Depends on the type of music you are into, but If you like electronic music, Sonar in Barcelona can't be beat (no pun intended!). It's in June over a weekend, and the streets and stages everywhere are jammed with music and dance parties well into the night and wee hours of the morning. magically pulsating time to be in a great city! almost 9 years ago
Roskilde festival in Denmark has been great to me for 6 times now, great mix of music and fantastic atmosphere. This summer however I am going to Sziget festival in Budapest, which according to my sources should be really good as well.
In regards to Roskilde, bring a caravan or mobile home to get the most out of regardless of weather... over 8 years ago
