You must try the "Puzatta Hata" (little house with belly), Ukrainian fastfood - I love it. Kiev has a lot to offer, such as WWII museum, local Market, Chernobyl museum. i know a local guide there, she took med for a 10 hour walk when I was there - very informational and fair Price. heading to venice today and hoping to find some good places to eat/hang that are out of the way of the tourist herd. please help if you can

My former answer stil goes ;-) Check out a restaurant at Campo Ghetto Nuovo - there is only the one on the square. Try the venezian speciality with dried cod. Addition: A little restaurant by the church, I have forgot the name, have a fantastic antipasti miso di mare, 12-15 small dishes, price 12 euro - a real treat!!! Enjoy ;-) almost 6 years ago

restaurants where locals go in Copenhagen?

There aint many "local" restaurant which serve national foods like in e.g. Greece - but you could try: "Kroghs Fiskerestaurant" (a fish restaurant) near Christiansborg, "Ravelinen" on Christianshavn or "Klubben" on Enghavevej ........ the last one being the most "colorfull" with traditional foods in a ambiant inviorment :-) "Ravelinen" is vers nice in the summertime. For lunch, try "Ida Davidsen" in Store Kongensgade :-) Enjoy your stay ;-) almost 6 years ago

Are there any less busy, more private places to propose in Rome, Italy?

How about in one of the arches in the Collosseum or perhaps by the church above the spanish steps - depending on the time of day, there could be good chances there. Pintio is another possibility ........... /Mark almost 6 years ago
